To salute the steadfastness of Lebanon, its army and its people, and their heroic resistance in the face of continuing Israeli aggression, in particular the aggression of July 2006, to ask God to have mercy on the souls of the Lebanese martyrs, and to consider the solidarity and unity of the Lebanese people in the face of aggression to be a guarantee of the future security and stability of Lebanon;
