In case the parent does not follow the guidelines of the Social Work Centre and continues to force the child into begging or continues to use the child in begging, then the Social Work Centre immediately takes away the child from the parent and institutes a procedure with the relevant court for deprivation of parental rights and obligatorily files criminal charges against the parent who abuses and neglects the parental rights.

En caso de que el progenitor no siga las orientaciones de los centros de trabajo social y continúe obligando al niño a mendigar o utilizándolo para ello, el centro de trabajo social apartará al niño de su progenitor, iniciará un procedimiento ante el tribunal pertinente para la retirada de la patria potestad e iniciará necesariamente acciones penales contra el progenitor que ejerza la patria potestad de un modo indebido o negligente.

Lorsqu’un parent ne respecte pas les consignes d’un centre d’action sociale et continue à forcer son enfant à mendier ou à l’utiliser pour ce faire, le centre d’action sociale soustrait immédiatement l’enfant au parent et ouvre une procédure auprès des tribunaux compétents pour privation des droits parentaux et engage obligatoirement des poursuites pénales contre le parent pour violence et négligence dans l’exercice de ses devoirs parentaux.
