وأكد الوفدان أيضا الضرورة الملحة لإعادة تنشيط أعمال اللجنة المشتركة الكبرى الإيفوارية البوركينية التي لم تمارس نشاطها منذ عام 1997، كما أكدا ضرورة تنفيذ مشروع إنشاء اللجنة المشتركة المتعادلة للتوفيق ومنع الخلافات بين الجماعات والتي وافقت عليها الحكومتان في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1999.

Lastly, the delegations stressed the urgent need for the Côte d’Ivoire-Burkina Faso joint commission, inactive since 1997, to resume its work and for an acceleration of the process for the establishment of a joint commission for reconciliation and prevention of inter-community conflict, adopted by the two Governments in November 1999.

Las dos delegaciones subrayaron, por último, la necesidad urgente de reactivar los trabajos de la Comisión Principal Mixta de Côte d’Ivoire y Burkina Faso, suspendidos desde 1997, por una parte, y, por la otra, acelerar la aplicación del proyecto de creación de la Comisión Paritaria de conciliación y prevención de conflictos intercomunitarios aprobada en noviembre de 1999 por los dos Gobiernos.

Обе делегации в заключение подчеркнули настоятельную необходимость активизировать работу основной Смешанной ивуарско-буркинийской комиссии, бездействующей с 1997 года, с одной стороны, а с другой — ускорить осуществление проекта по учреждению паритетной комиссии по примирению и предотвращению межобщинных споров, одобренного в ноябре 1999 года обоими правительствами.
