وفي تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2006، أنشأت اللجنة التنظيمية فريقا عاملا مخصصا معنيا بالمسائل قيد النظر لمعالجة الأوجه التي تحتاج إلى مزيد من التفصيل في النظام الداخلي المؤقت، ولا سيما تنفيذ الفقرة 9 من قرار الجمعية العامة 60/180 وقرار مجلس الأمن 1645 (2005) بشأن مشاركة البنك الدولي، وصندوق النقد الدولي وغيرهما من المؤسسات المانحة، فضلا عن الطرائق اللازمة لمشاركة المجتمع المدني، في اجتماعات لجنة بناء السلام.

In October 2006, the Organizational Committee established an ad hoc working group on pending issues to address those aspects which needed further elaboration in the provisional rules of procedure, especially the implementation of paragraph 9 of General Assembly resolution 60/180 and Security Council resolution 1645 (2005) concerning the participation of the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and other institutional donors, as well as the modalities for civil society participation in meetings of the Commission.

En octubre de 2006, el Comité de Organización estableció un grupo de trabajo especial sobre cuestiones pendientes encargado de abordar los aspectos del reglamento provisional que precisaran un análisis más detallado, especialmente la aplicación del párrafo 9 de la resolución 60/180 de la Asamblea General y la resolución 1645 (2005) del Consejo de Seguridad, relativo a la participación del Banco Mundial, el Fondo Monetario Internacional y otros donantes institucionales, así como las modalidades para la participación de la sociedad civil en las sesiones de la Comisión.

En octobre 2006, le Comité d’organisation a créé un groupe de travail spécial chargé des questions en suspens pour examiner les volets du règlement intérieur provisoire qu’il convenait d’affiner, en particulier l’application du paragraphe 9 des résolutions 60/180 de l’Assemblée générale et 1645 (2005) du Conseil de sécurité concernant la participation des représentants de la Banque mondiale, du Fonds monétaire international et d’autres donateurs institutionnels, ainsi que les modalités de participation de la société civile aux réunions de la Commission.

В октябре 2006 года Организационный комитет создал специальную рабочую группу по вопросам, находящимся на рассмотрении, для изучения тех аспектов, которые нуждаются в дальнейшей разработке во временных правилах процедуры, особенно в порядке осуществления пункта 9 резолюции 60/180 Генеральной Ассамблеи и резолюции 1645 (2005) Совета Безопасности, касающегося участия Всемирного банка, Международного валютного фонда и других учреждений-доноров, а также вариантов участия представителей гражданского общества в заседаниях Комиссии.
