the Secretariat has sought the views of the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) as to whether, in the view of WIPO, the inclusion of contracts that involve licensing of intellectual property rights in the scope of the preliminary draft convention being considered by the Working Group, so as to expressly recognize the use of data messages in the context of those contracts, might in any way negatively interfere with established rules on the protection of intellectual property rights

la Secretaría ha consultado a la Organización Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual (OMPI) preguntándole si, a su entender, el hecho de que en el anteproyecto de convención que examina el Grupo de Trabajo se hayan incluido los contratos de concesión de licencias de derechos de propiedad intelectual, a fin de que se reconozca expresamente la utilización de mensajes de datos en el contexto de dichos contratos, podría ir en contra de alguna norma establecida que ampare los derechos de propiedad intelectual
