“Este proyecto también va a deforestar, viene con una amenaza a nuestra cultura y nuestra lengua, porque en cada una de sus estaciones van a construir ciudades para 50 mil personas que van a buscar de todas partes para traerlas y que es un buen negocio para las inmobiliarias, pero estará en medio de una selva que se ha conservado por muchos años y que pone en riesgo la vida de los animales que están ahí y también la vida de nosotros como mayas que estamos acostumbrados a vivir de una forma y que seguramente con todo este desarrollo va alterarla”.
