Die Inneneinrichtung ist schlicht und raffiniert und erinnert noch an das Abenteuer, auf welches der Name des Hotels hinweist: vor einem Jahrhundert zirka, im Jahre 1913 wurde im Zimmer N° 20 „La Gioconda“ (Mona Lisa), das Meisterwerk von Leonardo da Vinci, wieder gefunden, nachdem sie aus dem Museum Louvre in Paris gestohlen wurde.

Its tasteful and refined environment still echoes the adventure from which the hotel gets its name and that made it celebrated a century ago, when in 1913, in the famous room n.20, La Gioconda, the masterpiece done by Leonardo da Vinci and stolen from the Louvre museum in Paris, was retrieved. The hotel was originally called "Hotel Tripoli", but after the aforementioned episode, it took on the name of the famous painting.

En sus ambientes sobrios y refinados resuena todavía el recuerdo de la aventura de la que toma el nombre y que lo hizo célebre hace un siglo, cuando en el 1913, en la famosa habitación n. 20, fue recuperada la Gioconda, la obra maestra de Leonardo robada al Museo del Louvre de París.
