In this invention, a scheduler program includes: a command to start execution of a motion calculation program per motion control cycle; a command for a microprocessor to start execution of a first user program per first user program execution cycle; and a command to repeat output processing and input processing, initiation of execution of the first user program, termination of execution of the first user program, and initiation of execution of the motion calculation program, in that order, in a cycle corresponding to the execution cycle of the first user program.
