والمنظمات الخمس المعنية هي: رابطة الكمنولث لمديري الضرائب، ومركز إدارات الضرائب للبلدان الأمريكية، ومركز المشاورات والدراسات للمسؤولين الإداريين الماليين، ومنظمة الإدارات الضريبية للبلدان الأوروبية، ومنظمة التعاون والتنمية في الميدان الاقتصادي.

The five organizations concerned are: the Commonwealth Association of Tax Administrators, the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations, the Centre de rencontres et d’études des dirigeants des administrations fiscales, the Intra-European Organisation of Tax Administrations and OECD.
