With respect to international agreements, Peru was a signatory of the Inter-American Convention on Domicile of Natural Persons in Private International Law and the Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption and was planning to conclude bilateral agreements with countries which were not parties to the latter Convention.

En el plano internacional, el Perú firmó la Convención interamericana sobre normas generales de derecho internacional privado y el Convenio de La Haya y prevé celebrar acuerdos bilaterales con los países que no son partes en este Convenio.

Au niveau international, le Pérou a signé la Convention interaméricaine de droit international privé et la Convention de la Haye et il envisage de conclure des accords bilatéraux avec les pays qui ne sont pas parties à cette dernière.
