وعلى صعيد التطوير المستمر لقدرة قوات الأمن العراقية على جمع المعلومات والرد الفوري على التهديدات المحتملة، قامت قواتنا الأمنية في 18 نيسان/أبريل، بدعم القوات الأمريكية، بعملية ناجحة في منطقة الثرثار في محافظة صلاح الدين، شمالي بغداد، أدت إلى مقتل الإرهابي المصري أبو حمزة المهاجر، القائد العسكري لتنظيم القاعدة في العراق، ومحمد خليل الزاوي، المعروف باسم أبو عمر البغدادي، القائد المزعوم لمنظمة إرهابية منتسبة لتنظيم القاعدة معروفة باسم دولة العراق الإسلامية.

In the context of the continuing development of the capacity of the Iraqi security forces to gather information and respond immediately to potential threats, on 18 April, with the support of American forces, our security forces carried out a successful operation in the Al-Tharthar area in Salahaddin province north of Baghdad that led to the death of the Egyptian terrorist Abu Hamza al-Muhajir, Al-Qaida’s military leader in Iraq, and Mohammed Khalil al-Zawi, known as Abu Omar al-Baghdadi, alleged leader of the Al Qaida-affiliated terrorist organization known as the Islamic State of Iraq.

En el contexto del desarrollo constante de la capacidad de las fuerzas de seguridad iraquíes para recopilar información y responder de inmediato a las posibles amenazas, el 18 de abril, con el apoyo de las fuerzas estadounidenses, nuestras fuerzas de seguridad ejecutaron una exitosa operación en la zona de Al-Tharthar, en la provincia de Salahaddin, al norte de Bagdad, la cual ocasionó la muerte del terrorista egipcio Abu Hamza al-Muhajir, dirigente militar de Al-Qaida en el Iraq, y de Mohammed Khalil al-Zawi, conocido como Abu Omar al-Baghdadi, presunto dirigente de la organización terrorista vinculada a Al-Qaida conocida como el Estado Islámico del Iraq.

Étant donné l’augmentation constante de la capacité de collecte d’information des forces de sécurité iraquiennes et de son aptitude à agir efficacement contre les menaces potentielles, le 18 avril, nos forces de sécurité ont, avec l’aide des forces des États-Unis, effectué dans la zone d’Al-Tharthar, dans la province de Salahaddin, au nord de Bagdad, une opération couronnée de succès qui a conduit à la mort du terroriste égyptien Abu Hamza al-Muhajir, le chef militaire d’Al-Qaida en Iraq, et de Mohammed Khalil al-Zawi, connu sous le nom d’Abu Omar al-Baghdadi, soupçonné d’être le chef de l’organisation terroriste affiliée à Al-Qaida et connue sous le nom d’État islamique d’Iraq.

В контексте продолжающегося наращивания потенциала иракских сил безопасности получать информацию и оперативно реагировать на потенциальные угрозы 18 апреля, при поддержке американских сил, наши силы безопасности провели успешную операцию в районе ат‐Тартар в провинции Салах‐эд‐Дин к северу от Багдада, в ходе которой был убит военный руководитель организации «Аль‐Каида» в Ираке египетский террорист Абу Хамза аль‐Мухаджир и известный под именем «Абу Омар аль‐Багдади» Мохаммед Халиль аз‐Зави, предположительно являвшийся руководителем связанной с движением «Аль‐Каида» террористической организации «Исламское государство Ирак».

在继续发展伊拉克安全部队收集情报以及迅速应对潜在威胁的能力方面,4月18日,我国安全部队在美国部队的支援下,成功地在巴格达北部萨拉丁省塔尔塔尔地区展开行动,击毙了基地组织在伊拉克境内的军事头目、埃及恐怖分子阿布·哈姆扎·穆哈吉尔以及穆罕默德·哈利勒·扎维,后者又名阿布·奥马尔·巴格达迪,据称是附属于基地组织的恐怖组织“伊拉克伊斯兰国”的头目。
