This invention provides a method for manufacturing a wire grid polarizer, comprising the steps of providing a resin film having a recess part with a lattice shape of a submicron size and having a visible light transmittance of not less than 80%, filling an electroconductive nano material, which has an average diameter of not more than the half of the average line width of the recess part, into the recess part, and removing the electroconductive nano material which remains unfilled in the recess part.

Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un polariseur à grille de fils, comprenant les étapes consistant à se procurer un film de résine ayant une partie en creux avec une forme de réseau d'une dimension submicronique et ayant une transmittance de lumière visible de pas moins de 80%, introduire une nano-matière électroconductrice, qui a un diamètre moyen de pas plus de la moitié de la largeur de ligne moyenne de la partie en creux pour la remplir, dans la partie en creux, et retirer la nano-matière électroconductrice qui n'a pas été introduite dans la partie de cavité.
