(9) ° Denne omstaendighed beroerer ikke den naevnte doms vaerdi af fortilfaelde med relevans for naervaerende sag. Som Domstolen har fastslaaet i dommene i sagerne Apple and Pear Development (jf. ovenfor punkt 10) og Naturally Yours Cosmetics (jf. ovenfor punkt 10), maa der ved fortolkningen af det sjette momsdirektiv tages hensyn til Domstolens praksis vedroerende det andet momsdirektiv.

(9) - Dies tut dem Wert dieses Urteils als Präzedenzfall für die vorliegende Rechtssache keinen Abbruch: Wie der Gerichtshof in den Urteilen Apple und Pear Development (a. a. O., Randnr. 10) und Naturally Yours Cosmetics (a. a. O., Randnr. 10) entschieden hat, ist die Rechtsprechung zur Zweiten Mehrwertsteuerrichtlinie in Anbetracht der gemeinsamen Zielrichtung, die dieser und der Sechsten Richtlinie zugrunde liegen, auch richtungsweisend für die Auslegung der letztgenannten Richtlinie.

(9) - This does not detract from its value as a precedent for the present case: as the Court held in Apple and Pear Development Council (cited above, at point 10) and Naturally Yours Cosmetics (cited above, at point 10), the case-law concerning the Second VAT Directive may, in view of the Community aims which underlie both it and the Sixth Directive, provide guidance for the interpretation of the latter directive.
