وعليه، يوصي الفريق المعني بالمطالبات من الفئة "هاء-4" بتعديل التعويض الأصلي وذلك بخصم 49 في المائة من التعويض الموصى به والمنسوب إلى الخسائر التي تكبدتها الشركة بشأن فقدان المخزون.
