The present invention provides a positive electrode active material comprising a lithium nickel-manganese-cobalt oxide expressed in Chemical Formula 1, wherein said lithium nickel-manganese-cobalt oxide has nickel contents of 40% or higher to the whole of transition metals, and has a surface coated with an ion conductive solid compound.
