The present invention is applicable to a flattening layer for OLED light extraction having high light transmittance and transparency by sharply increasing a refractive index through the synthesis of a curable polymer comprising 4,2,5 epoxy styrene, facilitates the processing of a thin film and the formation of a pattern using a thermosetting or photocuring reaction, and has high applicability to the OLED lighting or display field since the invention is rarely turned into yellow and thus is capable of increasing transmittance.
