Por tal razón debe reunir los estándares normativos y jurisprudenciales vigentes para cada uno de los asuntos mencionados; para que en los casos problemáticos de aplicación de las reglas constitucionales y legales de la definición de la situación militar, esta dependencia, la Jefatura de Reclutamiento y Control Reservas; deberá implementar un nuevo sistema informático sólido, confiable y de fácil acceso; para garantizar el proceso de definición de la situación militar a los Universidad Militar Nueva Granada
