On 20 September 2004, three Armenian non-governmental organizations (NGOs), the Center for Regional Development/Transparency International Armenia, the Sakharov Armenian Human Rights Protection Center and the Armenian Botanical Society, submitted a communication to the Committee alleging non-compliance by Armenia with its obligations under article 4, paragraphs 1 and 2; article 6, paragraphs 1–5 and 7–9; article 7; article 8; and article 9, paragraph 2, of the Aarhus Convention.

Le 20 septembre 2004, trois organisations non gouvernementales arméniennes (ONG), le Centre pour le développement régional/Transparency International Armenia, le Centre arménien Sakharov pour la protection des droits de l’homme et la Société botanique arménienne, ont présenté une communication au Comité alléguant le non‐respect par l’Arménie des obligations découlant des paragraphes 1 et 2 de l’article 4, des paragraphes 1 à 5 et 7 à 9 de l’article 6, de l’article 7, de l’article 8 et du paragraphe 2 de l’article 9 de la Convention d’Aarhus.

20 сентября 2004 года три неправительственные организации (НПО) Армении, а именно Центр регионального развития/Трэнспэренси интернэшнл Армения, Армянский центр защиты прав человека им. Сахарова и Армянское ботаническое общество представили Комитету сообщение с заявлением о несоблюдении Арменией ее обязательств по пунктам 1 и 2 статьи 4; пунктам 1-5 и 7-9 статьи 6; по статье 7; по статье 8 и пункту 2 статьи 9 Орхусской конвенции.
