It is intended to attain filling of a cavity within the vertebral bone with a filler while avoiding leakage through crack having occurred in the vertebral bone due to compression fracture, etc. by simple means without increasing of device diameter to thereby shorten the period of treatment.

L'invention a pour objet de remplir une cavité dans un os vertébral au moyen d'un agent de remplissage tout en évitant une fuite par une fissure apparue dans l'os vertébral par suite d'une fracture de compression, entre autres, en utilisant de simples moyens sans augmenter le diamètre de l'appareil, afin de raccourcir ainsi la période de traitement.

デバイスを大径化させることなく、簡易な構成で、圧迫骨折等により椎体骨に発生したひび割れを介した漏出を防止しつつ充填材を椎体骨内の空間に充填することを可能とし、治療時間を短縮する。 椎体骨折修復術に用いられる椎体修復用デバイスであって、椎弓根に形成された導入孔に挿入され内部の貫通孔を介して充填材を椎体骨内に充填可能な管状の筒体と、該筒体の先端に、先端開口を閉塞するよう折り畳まれて装着されたシート状部材とを備え、該シート状部材が、筒体の貫通孔を介して充填される充填材から受ける押圧力により、筒体から切り離されるよう装着されている椎体修復用デバイスを提供する。
