There are two routes to go to the above mentioned region: the traditional one for the CL-622 (highway of Castrocontrigo), whose exit is already specially indicated in the exit of the divided highway A-6 of our city - the exit 303 that is the central exit of the three towards The Bañeza since coming from Madrid the first one is The Bañeza (for St Martin of Towers), the second one Bañeza-Puebla de Sanabria and the third one Ba-ñeza-Palacios de la Valduerna - in inverse order if you come from Corunna-.

Hay dos rutas para ir a dicha comarca: la tradicional por la CL-622 (carretera de Castrocontrigo), cuya salida está ya específicamente indicada en la salida de la autovía A-6 de nuestra ciudad –la salida 303 que es la salida central de las tres hacia La Bañeza ya que viniendo desde Madrid la primera es La Bañeza (por San Martín de Torres), la segunda La Bañeza-Puebla de Sanabria y la tercera La Bañeza-Palacios de la Valduerna –en orden inverso si vienes de La Coruña–.
