Die Prüfung hat ergeben, daß es sich um eine Radiosonde handelt. Aufgrund seiner objektiven Merkmale wie der Emissionsfrequenz sowie seines Verwendungszwecks ist das Gerät für die wissenschaftliche Forschung besonders geeignet. Ausserdem werden vergleichbare Geräte überwiegend zur Durchführung wissenschaftlicher Arbeiten verwendet. Das Gerät ist somit als wissenschaftliches Gerät anzusehen.
