Auch Haschisch fällt deshalb unter das in den verschiedenen Mitgliedstaaten geltende vollständige Einfuhr - und Verkehrsverbot ( für die Niederlande verweise ich auf Artikel 3 der Opiumwet ), aufgrund dessen der Gerichtshof Betäubungsmittel als Waren bezeichnet hat, die nicht "der Wirtschaft der Gemeinschaft zugeführt werden können ". Dies genügt meines Erachtens für die Feststellung, daß die auf die erste Frage erteilte Antwort auch für Haschisch gilt .

Επομένως, και το χασίς εμπίπτει επίσης στις πλήρεις απαγορεύσεις εισαγωγής και εμπορίας στα διάφορα κράτη μέλη (για τις Κάτω Χώρες, βλέπε το άρθρο 3 του Opiumwet) που οδήγησαν το Δικαστήριο να θεωρήσει τα ναρκωτικά ως εμπόρευμα το οποίο δεν μπορεί να "ενσωματωθεί στην οικονομία της Κοινότητας". Νομίζω ότι αυτό αρκεί για να συναχθεί το συμπέρασμα ότι η απάντηση που δόθηκε στο πρώτο ερώτημα ισχύει πλήρως και στην περίπτωση αυτή.

Consequently hashish, too, is subject to the absolute prohibitions on importation and marketing in the various Member States ( see, as far as the Netherlands is concerned, Article 3 of the Opiumwet ) which led the Court to categorize narcotics as goods incapable of being "integrated into the economy of the Community"; and it seems to me that this is a sufficient basis for concluding that the answer given to the first question is fully applicable thereto .
