The method comprises: a step of forming a photocatalytic material layer on a substrate; and a step of heating the substrate with the photocatalytic material layer formed thereon to a temperature of 500 ~ 600°C and performing post-heating treatment for 1 to 10 minutes, and increasing the surface roughness of the photocatalytic material layer, thereby enabling the photocatalytic material layer to have a surface contact angle of 30° or lower.

Le procédé comprend : une étape de formation d'une couche de matériau photocatalytique sur un substrat; et une étape de chauffage du substrat avec la couche de matériau photocatalytique formée sur celui-ci à une température de 500 à 600 °C et de conduite d'un traitement post-chauffage pendant 1 à 10 minutes, et d'augmentation de la rugosité de surface de la couche de matériau photocatalytique, de manière à permettre que la couche de matériau photocatalytique ait un angle de contact de surface de 30° ou moins.

본 발명은 표면 모폴로지 처리를 통한 코팅막의 친수성 개선 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조한 초친수 유리 코팅층에 관한 것으로, 기판에 광촉매 물질층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 광촉매 물질층이 형성된 기판을 500 ~ 600°C로 가열하여 1 ~ 10분 동안 후열처리를 수행하고, 상기 광촉매 물질층 표면 거칠기를 증가시키는 단계를 포함하여 상기 광촉매 물질층의 표면 접촉각이 30도 이하가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발명에 관한 것이다.
