The representative of France introduced a document he had submitted to the United Nations Sub-Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, containing a study on the relevance of the system of exemptions for the transport of dangerous goods packed in small quantities, with a view to reinstating the debate on the risks posed by this type of transport.

Le représentant de la France a présenté un document qu’il avait soumis au Sous-Comité d’experts du transport des marchandises dangereuses de l’ONU et qui contient une étude sur la pertinence du régime d’exemptions relatives au transport de marchandises dangereuses emballées en quantités limitées, visant à réinitialiser les discussions sur les risques posés par ce type de transport.
