If that is not the case and it was the federal government that killed the plan for fair compensation, will the minister finally assure the House today that he will go back to the provinces, back to the table and propose a no fault compensation plan as proposed by Justice Krever?

Dans ces conditions, et si c'est le gouvernement fédéral qui a fait obstacle à tout plan d'indemnisation équitable, le ministre va-t-il enfin donner l'assurance à la Chambre aujourd'hui qu'il rencontrera de nouveau les provinces, qu'il reprendra les entretiens et proposera un plan d'indemnisation sans égard à la responsabilité comme le proposait le juge Krever?
