Inden for rammerne af aftalen mellem Det europaeiske oekonomiske Faellesskab og Amerikas forenede Stater om afslutning af forhandlingerne paa grundlag af artikel XXIV.6 i GATT, godkendt ved Raadets afgoerelse af 30. januar 1987, har Faellesskabet forpligtet sig til for aarene 1987-90 at aabne et aarligt faellesskabstoldkontingent paa 12 000 tons til en sats paa 10 % for toerrede spiseloeg (bortset fra skalotteloeg og hvidloeg), henhoerende under pos. 07.04 A i den faelles toldtarif; dette toldkontingent boer derfor aabnes for 1987;

Die Gemeinschaft verpflichtete sich im Rahmen des zwischen der Europäischen Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft und den Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika geschlossenen Abkommens über den Abschluß der Verhandlungen gemäß Artikel XXIV.6 des GATT, das durch den Beschluß des Rates vom 30. Januar 1987 genehmigt wurde, für die Jahre 1987 bis 1990 ein jährliches Gemeinschaftszollkontingent von 12 000 Tonnen zum Zollsatz von 10 % für Speisezwiebeln, getrocknet, der Tarifstelle 07.04 A des Gemeinsamen Zolltarifs zu eröffnen. Es ist daher angebracht, das genannte Zollkontingent für das Jahr 1987 zu eröffnen.

Whereas, under the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the United States of America for the conclusion of negotiations under GATT Article XXIV. 6, as approved by the Council Decision of 30 January 1987, the Community undertook for the period 1987 to 1990, to open an annual Community tariff quota of 12 000 tonnes at a duty rate of 10 % for dried, dehydrated or evaporated onions, falling within subheading 07.04 A of the Common Customs Tariff; whereas, therefore, this tariff quota should be opened for 1987;
