An elevation apparatus comprises: a cabin part moving along an elevator elevating path; a worm driving unit which moves together with the cabin part and of which a rotary shaft is disposed in parallel to a moving path of the cabin part; a worm supporting unit provided inside the elevating path along the moving path of the cabin part and comprising a plurality of support teeth formed to correspond to worm teeth of the worm driving unit in a tooth interval cycle of the worm driving unit; a first magnet module provided in the support teeth; a plurality of second magnet modules which are provided along the worm teeth for providing repulsion or attraction forces with respect to the first magnet module; and a power connection unit for similarly connecting the plurality of second magnet modules as an entire group or as a partial group.

승강장치는 엘리베이터 승강통로를 따라 이동하는 객실부, 객실부와 함께 이동하며 회전축이 객실부의 이동경로와 나란하게 배치되는 웜 구동부, 객실부의 이동경로를 따라 승강통로 내에 제공되며 웜 구동부의 치 간격을 주기로 웜 구동부의 웜치와 대응하도록 형성된 다수의 지지치를 포함하는 웜 지지부, 지지치에 제공되는 제1자석모듈, 웜치를 따라 복수개가 제공되며 전원 인가시 제1자석모듈에 대해 척력 또는 인력을 제공하는 제2자석모듈, 및 복수개의 제2자석모듈을 전부 또는 일부 그룹으로 공통적으로 연결하는 전원연결부를 포함한다.
