2 Im einzelnen geht es in den Rechtssachen C-386/96 P, C-391/96 P und C-403/96 P um jeweils getrennt eingelegte Rechtsmittel der Gesellschaften französischen Rechts Louis Dreyfus & Cie (nachstehend: Dreyfus) und Compagnie Continentale (nachstehend: Continentale) sowie der nach dem Recht der Bermudas gegründeten Gesellschaft Glencore (früher Richco Commodities, nachstehend: Glencore), mit denen die Urteile des Gerichts erster Instanz (im folgenden: Gericht) vom 24.

2 More specifically, Cases C-386/96 P, C-391/96 P and C-403/96 P relate respectively to the appeals lodged separately by the French companies Louis Dreyfus & Cie (`Dreyfus') and Compagnie Continentale (`Continentale'), and by Glencore (formerly Richco Commodities), a company incorporated under the laws of Bermuda, (`Glencore'), against the judgments delivered in respect of them on 24 September 1996 by the Court of First Instance of the EC.
