Die Erfindung betrifft 2-(Butyl-1-sulfonylamino)-N-[1 (R)-(6-methoxy-pyridin-3-yl)-propyl]-benzamid der Formel (I), sowie dessen pharmazeutisch akzeptable Salze, deren Herstellung und Verwendung, insbesondere zur Behandlung und Prophylaxe von Vorhof-Arrhythmien, zum Beispiel Vorhof-Flimmern (atriale Fibrillation) oder Vorhof-Flattern (atriales Flattern).
