The 9th Committee on Transport, Post and Telecommunications of the Italian Chamber of Deputies has voted in favour of changes to Articles 2, 3 and 194 of the Highway Code that will restrict traffic on paths and mule tracks that are 2.5 metres wide or less to pedestrians and bicycles. These changes will significantly curtail road users’ freedom.
