وواصل القول إن تناوُل الأسباب الجذرية للأزمة أو إصلاح البنية المالية الدولية لا يمكن أن يترك لقلة من الأشخاص - وخصوصا ليس للتكنوقراطيين والممارسين الذين سمحوا بحدوث الأزمة في المقام الأول.
