وشدد تحالف تحرير الصومال وإعادة إعماره في بيانه الختامي على أن هدفه الرئيسي هو تحرير الصومال من الاحتلال الإثيوبي والشروع في عملية سياسية لإعادة الإعمار يشارك فيها جميع أصحاب المصلحة الصوماليين، وإعادة بناء دولة وطنية.

In its final communiqué, the Alliance for the Liberation and Reconstitution of Somalia underlined that its overriding aim was to liberate Somalia from Ethiopian occupation and launch a political reconstitution process that would involve all Somali stakeholders and rebuild a national State.
