Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine pharmazeutische Zubereitung in Form von Liposomen, geeignet für die Solubilisation von schwer löslichen Arzneistoffen, insbesondere von schwer löslichen Neurokinin-Antagonisten, wie beispielsweise (+)-Campher-3-carbonyl-(2S, 4R)-4-hydroxypyrolyl-(2S)-2-naphthylalanyl-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazid oder 1-Methylindol-3-yl-carbonyl-[4(R)-hydroxy]-L-prolyl-[3-(2-naphthyl)]-L-alanin-N-benzyl-N-methylamid.

The invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation in the form of liposomes, suitable for solubilisation of hardly soluble drugs, in particular of hardly soluble neurokinin antagonists, such as (+)-campher-3-carbonyl-(2S, 4R)-4-hydroxypyrolyl-(2S)-2-naphthylalanyl-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazid or 1-methylindol-3-yl-carbonyl-[4(R)-hydroxy]-L-prolyl[3-(2-naphthyl)]-L-alanine-N-benzyl-N-methylamide.
