(b) At the twenty-third meeting of the enforcement branch, in conjunction with those members and alternate members present and voting, electronic means were used to collect additional votes to enable the branch to take the decision that there no longer continues to be a question of implementation with respect to Slovakia, and to agree to forward proposed draft amendments to the rules of procedure relating to the consideration by the enforcement branch of disagreements whether to apply adjustments to inventories under Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Kyoto Protocol pursuant to section X, paragraph 5, of the procedures and mechanisms to the plenary for consideration at its next meeting.

b) En su 23a reunión, el grupo de control del cumplimiento recurrió, además de a los miembros y miembros suplentes presentes y votantes, a medios electrónicos para recabar votos adicionales que permitieran al grupo adoptar la decisión de que ya no había ninguna cuestión de aplicación con respecto a Eslovaquia, y para acordar remitir al Pleno un proyecto de modificaciones propuestas al reglamento relativas al examen por el grupo de control del cumplimiento de los desacuerdos sobre si debe introducirse un ajuste en los inventarios en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 5, párrafo 2, del Protocolo de Kyoto, de conformidad con la sección X, párrafo 5, de los procedimientos y mecanismos, para que lo examinara en su próxima reunión.
