POSITION OF SRY In a letter dated January 14, 1991, SRY reiterated its position as relayed to the City in meetings held on October 14 and November 4, 1987 and June 2, 1988 in that it would not contribute to the construction or maintenance costs of an automated warning system at Begbie Street.
