The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a biodegradable ester lubricating base oil by using a solid acid catalyst, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a biodegradable ester lubricating base oil having the advantage of increasing product yield by using a highly-reactive solid acid catalyst in a transesterification reaction of triglyceride and polyvalent alcohol, or by using the solid acid catalyst in a transesterification reaction of a fatty acid and polyvalent alcohol, at the same time as the transesterification reaction of the triglyceride and the polyvalent alcohol.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une huile de base lubrifiante d'ester biodégradable au moyen d'un catalyseur acide solide et, plus spécifiquement, un procédé de fabrication d'une huile de base lubrifiante ester biodégradable offrant l'avantage d'augmenter le rendement du produit par l'utilisation d'un catalyseur acide solide hautement réactif au cours d'une réaction de transestérification de triglycéride et d'alcool polyvalent ou par l'utilisation du catalyseur acide solide au cours d'une réaction de transestérification d'un acide gras et d'alcool polyvalent, en même temps que la réaction de transestérification du triglycéride et de l'alcool polyvalent.

본 발명은 고체산 촉매를 이용한 생분해성 에스테르 윤활기유의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 반응성이 좋은 고체산 촉매를 트리글리세라이드와 다가알코올의 전이에스테르화 반응에 이용하거나, 또는 상기 전이에스테르화반응과 동시에 상기 고체산 촉매를 트리글리세라이드로부터 유도된 지방산과 다가알코올의 에스테르화 반응에 이용함으로써 생성물의 수율을 높이는 효과가 있는 생분해성 에스테르 윤활기유의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
