وعلاوة على ذلك قدمت لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا أيضا توصيات بشأن طرق إدخال التقنيات الحديثة مثل تقنيات الاقتصاد في استهلاك الماء، وزراعة الدفيئة، وتنمية الطاقة الشمسية، واستغلال مزارع الغاز الأحيائي والغازات، وميكنة التحريج وحصاد علف المراعي، والمواد الاصطناعية الجديدة لتخصيب التربة والاحتفاظ بالرطوبة، وإدخال محسنات التربة الحديثة الاستنباط إلى المناطق المحدودة التهطال، ونقل المواد الكيميائية الحديثة الاستنباط لإطلاق الماء وحفظه، واستخدام المواد الكيميائية المولدة للجذور بغية تحسين جودة الشتلات(2).

Moreover, the CST has also made recommendations on ways of introducing modern techniques such as water-saving techniques, greenhouse cultivation, solar energy development, biogas farms and gases exploitation, mechanization of afforestation and grazing land fodder harvest, new artificial materials for fertilizing soil and holding moisture, introduction of newly-developed soil conditioners to those regions with limited precipitation, the transfer of newly-developed water-release and conservation chemicals agents and the application of root-generating chemicals to increase the quality of seedlings.
