وينبغي للصين أن تطرح مع القائد الأعلى لجمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية وسائر سلطاتها الرفيعة المستوى قضايا الاختطاف وقتل الأطفال الذين يحق لهم الحصول على الجنسية الصينية، والإجهاض القسري المفروض على العائدات إلى الوطن، وغير ذلك من انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان التي تستهدف العائدين إلى الوطن من الصين.
