إن أعمال الإرهابيين الفظّة ذات النوايا الخبيثة، المنافية للأخلاق والطبائع البشرية، يمليها عزمهم على إرهاب الشعوب وشل إرادتها وتفريقها واستلاب قواها الروحية في وجه الخطر المشترك الذي يتهددها.

The purpose of the cynical cruelty displayed by the terrorists’ actions, which run counter to morality and humanity, is to intimidate peoples, paralyse their will, cause disunity and leave them spiritually defenceless in the face of the common danger threatening them.
