In a vehicle rear inspection system according to the invention as described above, the front surface of the body dummy having the same geometry as the rear portion of a vehicle is open, and a space for an operator is reserved therein, thereby allowing the operator to be able to install built-in parts of the vehicle and to conduct inspection of the assembly and impact between the body dummy and the built-in parts of a real vehicle before the vehicle release.
