Der Verfasser dieser Anfrage möchte zunächst unterstreichen, dass die Kommission über vier Monate benötigt hat, um dann eine - unvollständige - Antwort auf die Anfrage E-2807/00(1) bezüglich der Verwendung eines mit EU-Beihilfen besser erschlossenen Gewerbegebietes zu liefern, d.h. ob ein internationales Industriegebiet, dessen Infrastruktur mit EU-Beihilfen verbessert wurde, nun für den Bau einer öffentlichen Schule verwendet werden kann, auch wenn diese aus luxemburgischer Sicht noch so nützlich wäre?

Ο συντάκτης της παρούσας ερώτησης επιθυμεί πρωτίστως να επισημάνει ότι η Επιτροπή χρειάσθηκε περισσότερο από τέσσερις μήνες προκειμένου να απαντήσει - ελλιπώς - στην ερώτηση Ε-2807/00(1) του ιδίου, σχετικά με τη διάθεση επαναξιοποιηθέντος βιομηχανικού χώρου μέσω ενισχύσεων της ΕΕ, συγκεκριμένα στο ερώτημα εάν μια διεθνής ζώνη βιομηχανικών δραστηριοτήτων, οιποδομές της οποίας αποτέλεσαν αντικείμενο σημαντικών κοινοτικών ενισχύσεων, είναι δυνατόν να διατεθεί για την κατασκευή δημοσίου σχολείου, όσο χρήσιμο και αν είναι αυτό για το Λουξεμβούργο;

The author of this question firstly wishes to stress that the Commission has taken more than four months to give an - incomplete - answer to his Question E-2807/00(1) regarding the use of an industrial site reclaimed by means of EU aid. The question concerned whether an international industrial park, the infrastructure of which has been developed with the help of significant Community funds, may be reassigned to be used for the building of a state school, important though the latter may be from Luxembourg's point of view.

L'auteur de la présente question voudrait d'abord souligner que la Commission a mis plus de quatre mois pour fournir une réponse - incomplète - à sa question E-2807/00(1) portant sur l'affectation d'un terrain industriel revalorisé au moyen d'aides de l'UE, à savoir si un parc international d'activités industrielles, dont les infrastructures ont bénéficié de fonds communautaires importants, peut être réaffecté à la construction d'une école publique, aussi utile cette dernière puisse-t-elle être d'un point de vue luxembourgeois?

L'autore della presente interrogazione desidera in primo luogo sottolineare che la Commissione ha impiegato più di quattro mesi per fornire una risposta - peraltro incompleta- alla sua interrogazione E-2807/00(1), concernente l'assegnazione di un terreno industriale rivalutato grazie ad aiuti UE, per sapere se un parco internazionale di attività industriali, le cui infrastrutture hanno beneficiato di rilevanti contributi comunitari, possa essere ridestinato alla costruzione di una scuola pubblica, per quanta utilità questa possa avere da un punto di vista lussemburghese.

O autor da presente pergunta desejaria primeiro sublinhar que a Comissão levou mais de quatro meses para fornecer uma resposta - incompleta - à pergunta E-2807/00(1) referente à afectação de um terreno industrial revalorizado mediante ajudas da UE, ou seja, saber se um parque internacional de actividades industriais, cujas infra-estruturas beneficiaram de fundos comunitários importantes, pode ser reafectado à construção de uma escola pública, seja esta o mais útil possível do ponto de vista luxemburguês?
