وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن تركيبة مبيدات الآفات الشديدة الخطورة، وهي ’’تركيبات مساحيق التعفير التي تحتوي على مزيج من البينوميل (benomyl) بنسبة 7 في المائة أو أعلى، وكاربوفيوران بنسبة 10 في المائة أو أعلى، وثيرام (thiram) بنسبة 15 في المائة أو أعلى‘‘، مدرجة بالفعل في المرفق الثالث للاتفاقية.

It should be noted that the severely hazardous pesticide formulation, “Dustable powder formulations containing a combination of benomyl at or above 7 percent, carbofuran at or above 10 per cent and thiram at or above 15 percent”, is already listed in Annex III of the Convention.

Il convient de noter que la préparation pesticide extrêmement dangereuse, « Formulations de poudre pour poudrage contenant un mélange de bénomyle à une concentration égale ou supérieure à 7 %, de carbofuran à une concentration égale ou supérieure à 10 %, et de thirame à une concentration égale ou supérieure à 15 %», est déjà inscrite à l’Annexe III de la Convention.

Следует отметить, что очень опасный состав пестицида под названием «Распыляемые порошкообразные составы, содержащие смесь беномила с концентрацией 7 или более процентов, карбофурана с концентрацией 10 или более процентов и тирама с концентрацией 15 или более процентов» уже включен в приложение III к Конвенции.
