3.11 Acknowledge the relevance and diversity of the cultural heritage of their countries and the need to preserve it; to this effect, decide to promote technical cooperation in the areas of archaeological excavation of historical monuments and works of art and their restoration, also fostering cooperation in the prevention of smuggling of antiquities and heritage.

3.11 Reconocen la relevancia y diversidad de las herencias culturales de sus países y la necesidad de preservarlas; para este efecto, deciden promover la cooperación técnica en los campos de la excavación arqueológica de monumentos históricos y obras de arte y su restauración, al tiempo que se fomente la cooperación en el área de la prevención del contrabando de antigüedades y de piezas del patrimonio histórico cultural.

3.11 Признают важное значение и многообразие культурного наследия своих стран и необходимость его сохранения; с этой целью постановляют развивать техническое сотрудничество по линии археологических раскопок исторических памятников и произведений искусства и их восстановления, а также активизировать сотрудничество в борьбе с контрабандой предметами старины и предметами, составляющими культурное наследие.
