ونظراً إلى أن الأسباب الرئيسية للتشخيص المتأخر لكثير من الأمراض تكمن في صعوبة الوصول إلى الخدمات الطبية بالنسبة لطائفة واسعة من السكان بما في ذلك المرأة الريفية، وإن بعض الخدمات على مستوى الرعاية الأوَّلية ليست مجانية، وأن هناك افتقار إلى التكنولوجيات الطبية الحديثة والمهارات اللازمة لاستخدامها، فقد قررت الحكومة أن توسِّع قائمة خدمات الصحة الأساسية المجانية في عام 2005 وفي عام 2006 أصبحت المساعدة الطبية والخدمات الطبية على مستوى الرعاية الصحية الأوَّلية (العيادة الخارجية/المستوصف) مجانية بالنسبة لجميع طبقات السكان.

Given that the main reason for the late diagnosis of many diseases was that medical services were not very accessible to broad strata of the population, including rural women, some services at the primary-care level were fee-based, and modern medical technologies and the skills needed to use them were lacking, the government issued a decision to expand the list of free primary-care services in 2005, and, in 2006, medical assistance and services at the primary-care (outpatient/polyclinic) level became free for all strata of the population.

Le diagnostic tardif de nombreuses affections tenant essentiellement aux difficultés qu’ont encore de larges couches de la population, notamment les femmes des zones rurales, à avoir accès à ces services, au caractère payant de certains soins de santé primaire et au manque de techniques médicales modernes et des compétences nécessaires à l’exploitation de ces techniques parmi le personnel médical, le Gouvernement a promulgué un décret pour élargir la liste des services de soins de santé primaire gratuits en 2005 et, en 2006, l’aide médicale et les services de soins de santé primaire (ambulatoires/policliniques) sont devenus gratuits pour l’ensemble de la population.

В виду того, что основной причиной позднего диагноза многих заболеваний являлись все еще недостаточная доступность медицинских услуг для широких слоев населения, в том числе и сельских женщин, наличие некоторых платных услуг на первичном уровне здравоохранения, а также отсутствие современных медицинских технологий и соответствующей квалификации медицинских кадров, Решением Правительства Республики Армения был расширен список бесплатных услуг на уровне первичной медицинской помощи в 2005г., а в 2006г. медицинская помощь и услуги на уровне первичной медицинской помощи (амбулаторно–поликлинической) стали бесплатными для всех слоев населения.

存在一些基本医疗的有偿服务,但也缺乏现代医疗技术和相应的高水平医疗人员。 2005年,亚美尼亚共和国政府通过决议拓宽了免费基本医疗的范畴,而2006年,全民都可以免费享受基本医疗救护和服务(门诊医疗)。
