The water circulation path comprises a water conduit which allows the wash water to flow therethrough, a discharge opening which is provided to the water conduit and discharges the wash water, and a conduit which communicates with the discharge opening and discharges into the rotating drum the wash water discharged from the discharge opening.

本発明にかかるドラム式洗濯機は、正面側に第1の開口を有し有底円筒形に形成された回転ドラムと、第1の開口に対応して第2の開口を有するとともに回転ドラムを正面側から底部となる背面側に向けて回転軸方向が水平または水平方向から下向き傾斜となるようにして設置する水槽と、回転ドラムを回転制御するモータと、水槽内の洗濯水を前記水槽に接続した循環経路に流出させ循環ポンプにより回転ドラム内に流入させることで洗濯水を循環させる水循環経路とを備える。
