The present invention relates to upper body exercise equipment, and comprises: a support part in which a pair of rotational hinge pieces are integrally joined to a first frame; a rotational part in which rotational bars are rotatably joined to the rotational hinge pieces, and of which the rotational range is limited; a cushion part which is foldably joined to the support part and supports the user's hips and back; and a tension part which incorporates a band that provides a resilient force when the rotational part rotates and is joined to the support part and the rotational part in such a way that a plurality of rollers can roll and turn; there being the advantageous effect that muscles in various areas can easily be trained without changing the action or replacing exercise equipment.

본 발명은 상체운동기구에 관한 것으로, 제1프레임에 한 쌍의 회동힌지편이 일체로 결합된 지지부와, 상기 회동힌지편에 회동가능하게 회동바가 결합되되 회동범위가 제한되는 회동부와, 상기 지지부 접철가능하게 결합되어 사용자의 엉덩이와 등을 지지하는 쿠션부와, 상기 지지부와 회동부에 복수개의 롤러가 굴림회전이 가능하게 결합되고 상기 회동부가 회동시 탄성력을 제공하는 밴드가 포함된 텐션부로 이루어져 다양한 부위의 근육을 동작의 변화나 운동기구의 교체없이 손쉽게 단련할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
