(5) С оглед гарантирането на разбираемостта и еднообразното прилагане на разпоредбите на програмата на ICCAT за документацията за улова на червен тон, съответните разпоредби от Регламент (ЕО) No 1984/2003, отнасящи се до статистическия документ и удостоверението за реекспорт на червен тон на ICCAT, следва да бъдат заличени.
