(5) Ein nach Absatz 4 erfolgtes Einbringen ist nach Maßgabe der Anlage VI zu melden und zu behandeln; es ist ferner umgehend der in Artikel 12 genannten Kommission nach Maßgabe der Regel 4 der Anlage V zu melden.

5. Dumping made under the provisions of paragraph 4 of this Article shall be reported and dealt with in accordance with Annex VI to the present Convention and shall be reported forthwith to the commission referred to in Article 12 of the present Convention in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 4 of Annex V of the present Convention.

(5) Az e cikk (4) bekezdése szerint végzett hulladéklerakást ezen egyezmény VI. mellékletével összhangban kell jelenteni és kezelni, és azt ezen egyezmény V. melléklete 4. rendelkezésének rendelkezéseivel összhangban haladéktalanul jelezni kell az ezen egyezmény 12. cikkében említett bizottság felé.
