وأعرب عن أسفه من أن مستوى حساب التنمية لا يبلغ سوى 0.38 في المائة من الميزانية العادية، مشيرا إلى ضرورة إنشاء آلية مناسبة لمواجهة أوجه العجز المزمن في هذا الحساب.
