بحثت حكومة جمهورية بولندا التحفُّظات التي أبدتها سلطنة عُمان لدى انضمامها إلى اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في 18 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1979، على الفقرة 2 من المادة 9، والفقرة 4 من 15، والفقرة 1 (أ)، و (ج)، و (و) من المادة 16 وجميع أحكام الاتفاقية التي لا تتفق مع مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية.

The Government of the Republic of Poland has examined the reservations made by the Sultanate of Oman upon accession to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on December 18, 1979, regarding article 9, paragraph 2, article 15, paragraph 4, and article 16, paragraph 1 (a), (c) and (f) and all provisions of the Convention not in accordance with the principles of the Islamic sharia.

El Gobierno de la República de Polonia ha examinado las reservas formuladas por el Sultanato de Omán en el momento de su adhesión a la Convención sobre la eliminación de todas las formas de discriminación contra la mujer, aprobada por la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas el 18 de diciembre de 1979, con respecto al párrafo 2 del artículo 9, al párrafo 4 del artículo 15 y a los incisos a), c) y f) del párrafo 1 del artículo 16 de la Convención y a todas las disposiciones de la Convención que no estén en conformidad con los principios de la sharia islámica.

Le Gouvernement de la République de Pologne a examiné les réserves formulées par le Sultanat d’Oman, lors de son adhésion à la Convention sur l’élimination de toutes les formes de discrimination à l’égard des femmes adoptée par l’Assemblée générale des Nations Unies le 18 décembre 1979, à propos du paragraphe 2 de l’article 9, du paragraphe 4 de l’article 15, des alinéas a), c) et f) de l’article 16 et de toutes les dispositions de la Convention qui sont incompatibles avec les principes de la charia islamique.

Правительство Республики Польши изучило оговорки, сделанные Султанатом Оман при присоединении к Конвенции о ликвидации всех форм дискриминации в отношении женщин, принятой Генеральной Ассамблеей Организации Объединенных Наций 18 декабря 1979 года, в отношении пункта 2 статьи 9, пункта 4 статьи 15 и подпунктов a), c) и f) статьи 16, а также в отношении всех положений Конвенции, не совпадающих с принципами исламского шариата.
